GDPR  Customer Privacy update

When you share your personal data with us, we treat it with care and take our responsibility to protect it seriously. That’s why we’ve just created a privacy policy to better communicate how we handle your personal data now and in the future.

We’ve made sure that it’s:

  • clear, easy to read and simple to understand
  • open about how we collect, store, use and secure personal data
  • in line with Europe’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For a detailed summary of the policy, please see our latest Furry Friends Hotel privacy notice.

Thanks,

Furry Friends Hotel  20th May 2018

This policy applies across all websites that we own and operate and all services we provide, including our online and mobile accounting and financial accounting, and any other apps or services we may offer (for example, events or training). For the purpose of this notice, we’ll just call them our ‘services’. When we say ‘personal data’ we mean identifiable information about you, like your name, email, address, telephone number, bank account details, payment information, support queries, community comments and so on. If you can’t be identified (for example, when personal data has been aggregated and anonymised) then this notice doesn’t apply.  We may need to update this notice from time to time. Where a change is significant, we’ll make sure we let you know – usually by sending you an emal and on our websites.
