Arrangements for drop off and Pick up of your treasured pets.

As the next holiday season progresses, we are aware for the need to provide early morning care and medication timeously, pet welfare always comes first before we receive new arrivals.

Opening Times:

 Drop Off times between 10 am and 1pm

Pick Up times between 2 pm and 4 pm
 
 Normal opening hours of 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Saturday (closed for drop offs and pick ups on Sundays)

We can be flexible by mutual agreement on times out with these time periods, this would incur an additional £10 fee to cover pet care staff time.

Outside playtime

All rabbits need to be vaccinated against  RHD 1 (VHD and Myxomatosis)  & RHD 2 at least 21 to 30 DAYS before their stay with us.

 “BUNNYTOPIA”

Our large purpose-built double-glazed 6m x 3m Log Cabin awaits. Complete with classical music and heating, in the colder months, and air conditioning along with bright opening windows for the summer. Option for pets to be accommodated within roomy pens for a truly bespoke home-from-home experience. Housed within our extensive fenced garden we believe Bunnytopia will help provide the very best in accommodation and care.

• Large runs are available on grass, decking or indoors. Bright spacious Hutches with individual sleeping quarters

• Fresh green vegetable medley, pellets, hay and water daily

   

Options for other accommodations in hutches are either in New Haven (Heated with music), Cabin which houses modifiable pen space, ideal for groups of rabbits.

All indoor accommodations have air conditioning units.

The Lodge (secure covered outdoor enclosure).

Regular exercise and care from ourselves and our caring and  experienced pet care team throughout each day. Look ins and night time monitoring until late evening.

Health & Hygiene each hutch is disinfected between guests and cleaned daily.

Photographs and updates are offered on request to keep owners connected with their pets

We use Bishopbriggs vet centre and Vets 4 Pets Bishopbriggs both take excellent care of our own rabbits In the unlikely event your pet takes ill they will be taken to either vet for the best expert caring attention. Please make sure you sign your vet waiver this should be actioned prior to your pets drop off.

Our 4 bunnies stayed at Furry Friends Hotel for 12 days and had the best time, a proper home from home and they were so well looked after. This was our first time at FFH and certainly won’t be our last. Buzz, Bruce, Bella and Blue were treated like family and I can’t praise Mike and Alison enough. Bruce requires medication twice daily and they were happy to administer this. They were so attentive and gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our holiday knowing our bunnies were safe and so well cared for. Thank you to you and the team

Me and partner decided to bring our rabbit Dora here for when we went on holiday, and I’m so glad we found this place! Even when I called to initially enquire, Mike and Alison both spoke with me about what they do and how everything works. We went to visit before we went on holiday and it’s amazing how much work and love that Mike and Alison have put into this place. They are very friendly and very reassuring and gave me and my partner pics and updates while we were on holiday, which was so lovely! They were also able to give Dora her daily medicine and give her a lovely nail trim and she came back so relaxed and happy. Her pen had plenty of space for her and the food was supplied also. Everywhere was clean and you can tell a lot of care goes into everything that they do. Would highly recommend bringing your furry sweethearts here. 10/10Max

Mike and Alison are lovely, I wouldn’t put my rabbits with anyone else while I’m away on holiday. The care the bunnies receive is fantastic, they get everything they need and nothing is ever a hassle. Communication with the hotel is always good and they are quite flexible with pick up/drop off times as well within reason. Can’t recommend Furry Friends enough
